The new generation of our industrial small servo drive system sets the standard
The highlight is the cyber® dynamic line servo motors in the new 60 mm size for highly dynamic and precise motion. At the same time, the entire motor family with high power density receives multiple technical upgrades: additional cable solutions with a 90° radial outlet for space-saving installations, new encoder and brake options, as well as an extended cable selection for applications with cable carriers or torsional stress. Optionally, the motors can be equipped with holding brakes, planetary gearboxes or spindles.
The compact and connected cyber® simco® drive 2 servo drives impress with CIP Sync real-time functionality and STO safety features. In addition, the motor-integrated version cyber® dynamic system stands out with its decentralized intelligence directly at the axis, helping to save space in the control cabinet. All this offers you never-before-seen freedom in machine design.

Servo motors and servo actuators of the cyber® dynamic line complement the smart servo drive series cyber® simco® line to form a complete drive system. In addition, the motor-integrated variant cyber® dynamic system is available for size 40.
Product family cyber® simco® line
The cyber® simco® drive 2 is a servo drive for sine-commutated servo motors in the voltage range of 12 to 60 VDC and a maximum capacity of up to 10 kW.
Use in the control cabinet or decentralized
The servo drives are available as a control cabinet version with a protection class of IP20 or as a decentralized version with a protection class of IP65.

The brushless servo motors of the cyber® dynamic line are available in five sizes and can be equipped with either a planetary gear, a ball screw drive and a holding brake for different sizes.

Interfaces
The small servo drive system is with the flexible fieldbus interfaces, EtherCAT, PROFINET RT / IRT, EtherNet/IP CIP Sync, CANopen, Sercos III and TCP/IP open for the connection to very different controllers. The Multi-Ethernet-Interface allows you to freely choose between the fieldbus variants EtherCAT, PROFINET, Sercos III as well as EtherNet/IP CIP Sync with one and the same hardware. You can also benefit from OPC UA (Open Platform Communications Unified Architecture) for platform- and vendor-independent data exchange as well as safe communication up to SIL3 and PL e Category 4 via PROFIsafe and CIP Safety.
cyber® simco® line
The cyber® simco® line includes servo drives for sine-commutated servo motors in the voltage range from 12 to 60 VDC and a maximum capacity of up to 10 kW. The servo drives are availabe as control cabinet variant or in a decentralized design with protection rating IP65. In combination with the intuitive MotionGUI software, simple parameterization, commissioning and optimization of the system as well as flexible programming of applications is possible.

The brushless small servo motors of the cyber® dynamic line are available in various sizes in Standard, Inox or Hygienic design. Depending on the size, the motors are also available with a multi-turn encoder and optionally, with a holding brake. Featuring a high-quality stainless-steel housing and an absolute encoder, this design ensures maximum reliability and precision. The cable-carrier-compatible and double-shielded single-cable solution is designed for use in industrial environments.
In the standard version, the servo motors are available in various sizes and with either an axial or a 90° radial cable outlet.

In the actuator version, the servo motor, the ball screw, the linear guidance and the feedback system form a closed, highly integrated and ready-to-install unit. They represent an energy-efficient and maintenance-free alternative to pneumatic cylinders. The linear actuators are available in sizes 17, 22, 32 and 40 mm, with axial or radial cable outlet at 90° in the standard version.

In this variant, a 40 mm motor together with a special housing version of the servo drive forms an ultra-compact unit that fits into the tightest of installation spaces and eliminates cabling efforts except for power supply and fieldbus communication. Furthermore, the cyber® dynamic system has a decentralized control intelligence for the implementation of an independent positioning operation. This makes it ideally suited for integration into concepts in which the aim is to effectively relieve communication infrastructures and machine controls.
